All bookings must be prebooked 48hours in advance and confirmed by e-mail

All bookings are for not less than two nights

A two night non-refundable deposit must be paid by cash or Card

All bookings must be paid for in full, four weeks befor the date of arrival, if this is not done we reserve the right to rebook the room

Please note we do not accept bookings without payment

Please note credit card payments have 3% added to cover charges by the card company

 we do not offer any refunds on monies paid
